He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Elizabeth (Paul Wynkoop) and Charles Raymond (Susan Flanagan); his children, Megan, Kathryn (Nate Pugh) and Michael; his granddaughters, Samantha, Phoebe and Violet; and his spouse Kelly LeighAnna Van Horn.
