She is survived by: her husband Daniel Hooton; her children, Danielle Crosbie (Troy), Doug Hooton, Dallan Hooton, Dustin Hooton (Eden) and Derek Hooton (Cherie); and her sisters, Beatrix Sorenson (Warren), Eva Nelson (late Alan), Brigitta Westenskow (Donald) and Monica Ingold. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren.
