He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest George and Delca Handy Hymas; his wife Hope Herd Hymas; his daughter Shelly Lynn Klomp; his great grandchild Chloe Coop; and his in-laws, Kermit and Elsie Herd.
He is survived by: his children, Allen Hymas (Laurie) and Lisa Lundahl Kim (Jeff); his sisters-in-law, Marge Hymas (Richard), Beth Hymas (Keith) and Marsha Hymas (Ron); his siblings, Richard, Keith, Ron Hymas and Marlene'; and his brother-in-law Eldon Jensen (Stu). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren with one on the way and 1 great-great grandson.
