It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jack Lee Mortensen of Logan, Utah, born in Salt Lake City, Utah, who passed away on April 6, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by : his wife Mary Mortensen; his children, Julie Kirk, Amy Martin, Jill Borders, Aaron Mortensen, Loralee Sudweeks, Daniel Faulk, Carol Burgoyne, David Faulk and Karen Fox; his sister Charlene; and his brothers-in-law, Doug Orahood, Wayne and Lynn Watkins. He is also survived by 36 grandchildren, and 51 great grandchildren.

Viewing was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Darling & Fischer Chapel of the Hills (615 N Santa Cruz Ave, Los Gatos, CA 95030). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 at 12:30 PM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (150 Bernal Rd, San Jose, CA 95119).
