He is survived by: his father Arthur "Bud" Spray; his wife Cindy; his children, Samantha Spray (James), Stephanie Catterfeld (Kegan), Jaden Hodges and Arthur Spray; his grandchildren, Ella and Jaxxen; and his sister Jan Cook (Tom). He is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
