She was predeceased by: her parents, Oris Kaa Cook and Beatrice Willie Cook; her husband Steve; and her granddaughter Jessica Rich. She is survived by: her siblings, Wayne, LaDawn, Steve and Kenneth. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren.

A graveside service was held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Hyrum Cemetery (500-600 E Main St, Hyrum, UT 84319).
