He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Edward, Linda Hayes, Stella Hayes and Mary Jane Green; and his brother Derrick James Chapple.
He is survived by: his parents, Bill Chapple and Carol Chapple; his sons, William Daniel Hayes, Kaiden James Carson and Ethan Jay Hayes; and his siblings, Cassandra Hayes, Kody Tuttle and Breann Hartman (Jonny). He is also survived by his many uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews.
