He is survived by: his children, Lisa Rohwer, Wade Haslam (Lori Mortenson), Kent Haslam (Holly Huber) and Holly Johns (Dan); and his siblings, Marlan Haslam (Pat) and Carol Lucherini. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
