He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Gary Welton, Doug Troyer and Claudia Gladstone; and his stepparents, Patty Welton and Bill Smith.
He is survived by: his parents, Mark Welton and Sherrie Troyer; his stepparents, Joseph Santos, Gloria Santos and Tena Welton; his siblings, Cassie Welton, Crystal Welton (Brian Lee), Cyndee Santos, Clarisa Santos, Grant Welton (Hannah), Joey Santos (Olivia Lindhart), Jade Julien (Jackson) and Marly Hildebrand (Kyle); and his grandmother Geri Hixon. He is also survived by numerous loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the LDS Church (100 S 200 W, Logan, UT 84321).
