She was predeceased by: her parents, William Quayle and Mary Asay Despain. She is survived by: her siblings, Joyce (Melvin Lemmon), Eleazer Despain (Carolyn), Ronald Quayle Despain, Elna (Paul Peterson), Donna (Silas Stewart), William Quayle Despain Jr. (Myrna), Merrill Despain (Iris), John Despain (Sandra) and Allan Despain (Jeanne); her husband Dennis Keith Pickering; her son Kevin Keith Pickering; and her sister Marian (Ed Lee). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 11:15 AM to 12:15 PM at 132 W 300 N, Logan, UT 84321.
