He is survived by: his children, Peggy Bannier, Rachel Carpenter (Travis), Max (Mickie), Garrett Bunn (Amanda), Beverly Timothy (Matthew) and Robert Jones (Tammy); and his siblings, Kent and Nancy.

He sadly had to sell his horses because he could no longer ride them due to Parkinson's Disease.
