He is survived by: his father Henry Whiffen; his wife Elizabeth Whiffen; his daughter Gabrielle Bird; his grandchildren, Kira and Max Bird; and his siblings, Lorrie, Keri, Tami, Brett and Sean. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
