She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Norman Parson and Lizzie Fern Parson; her former husband Roland Reeder Hancey; her husband Clair Delbert Berntson; and her granddaughter Amanda Theurer.
She is survived by: her children, Sheri Nielson (Tony) of Logan, Kristy Theurer (David) of Providence and Cory Berntson of Chicago; her stepchildren, Bruce Hancey (Mary), Lisa Geary (Brad) of Kaysville and Sherri Treseder (Kelly) of South Jordan; and her sister Norma Machin. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
