She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Victor Allen and Bernice Bailey Olsen; her cousins, Betty Beecher, Renee LaBeau and Evan Olsen; her children, Blake (Patti Mathews), Susan (Lynn Lemon), Diane (Kai Hintze) and Darin (Andrea Mathews); her grandparents, V. Allen and Bernice Olsen; her grandson Scott Mathews Lemon; and her son Steve Mathews (Rob Eckman). She was also cherished by 23 grandchildren, 66 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild.
