He is survived by: his children, Douglas (DJ), David, Devon, Derek and Cara; his wife Chandra Koontz Montierth; his children, Cari McGhehey (Nate), Cory Pancheri (Tammy), Alyssa Zabala (Joey), Austin Montierth (Melanie), Makayla Bilton (Tyler) and Kelsie; his siblings, Cheryl Miller (Kim), Ray Montierth (Susan), Margo Nichols (Allan) and Randi Geddes; Douglas Hervey (Luciana), David Hervey (Sarah), Devon Hervey, Derek Hervey (Ashley) and Cara Halverstadt (Chad). He is also survived by children, he leaves 24 grandchildren.
