He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Hamilton and Beryl Hamilton. He is survived by: his wife Christine; his sisters, Cheryl Hartman (Bob) and Tammy Smith (Rob); and his stepchildren, Jim Alva (late Susie), Deanna Brklacich (Mark), Margaret Cook (Mike), Alisyn Thompson (Rick), Matthew Alva (Cherise), Jonathan Alva (Alexandra), Christian Herman (Catalina), Larry Nance (Judith), Jerry Nance (Laurie) and Sherwood Nance (late Barbara). He is also survived by his stepchildren, and his many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
