She was predeceased by: her parents, Roscoe Smith and Ida Smith. She is survived by: her siblings, Joann and Arthur; her friends, Darleen and Daryl; her husband Ron Hartwick; her children, Curtis Mathews (Susan) and Michelle Mathews Cooke; and her siblings, Sue and Brent. She is also survived by her 4 grandchildren (1 deceased) and 6 great grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the North Logan Cemetery (2075 E 2500 N, North Logan, UT 84341).
