She was predeceased by: her parents, Elaine Shaw and Lynn Shaw; her husband Chuck Worley; her daughter Meredith; her granddaughter Ariana Worley; and her brothers, Forrest and Terrance Shaw.

She is survived by: her children, Waco (Jamie), Heath (Logan), Jamie and Lance (Linnet); her sister Kris Keller (Joe); and her grandchildren, Brayden Worley (Jaiden), Layton, Kennedy Worley, Murray, Elizabeth Worley, Vivian Worley and Logan. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Viewing will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM. A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Meadowbrook Ward LDS Church (993 W 1000 S, Logan, UT 84321).
