He was predeceased by: his parents, John Earl Allen and Beulah Crosby Allen; his siblings, Sam (Lorraine), Clem, Cleo (Konroy Henrie), Rowa (James Lee) and George (Sheila); and his children-in-law, James Siler (Jim) and Venice Paul Allen.
He is survived by: his wife Orel Kay Lee Allen; his sister-in-law Colleen; and his children, Randal (Natalie), Karen (Kenneth Jewkes), Weston (Cara) and Brenda (Blake Tullis). He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; and 33 great grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Allen Mortuary of North Logan (420 E 1800 N, North Logan, UT 84341). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 12:30 PM at the North Logan Memorial Park (2075 E 2500 N, North Logan, UT 84341).
