He is survived by: his wife Lela Jean Blanchard; and his children, Tory Blaine Blanchard (Mary Blanchard) of Brigham City, Brenda Lee Campbell (Mike Campbell) of Logan City, Sidney Ray Blanchard (Jen Blanchard) of Logan Utah and Jason Wilford Blanchard (Jessica Blanchard) of Logan Utah. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
