He is survived by: his mother Carol; his sons, Scott (Lindsay) and Ryan (Joshua); his grandchildren, Molly Joy, Wells, Josie May, Judah and Ronen; his sisters, Sharra and Valorie (Ro); his stepmother Velma; and his stepbrothers, Jonathan, Joshua and Joseph. He is also survived by his family, friends, and neighbors.
A memorial gathering was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Johansen Park Ward (565 E 100 S, Logan, UT 84321).
