He was predeceased by: his parents, David Tagg and Charlotte Faye Leftwich Caley; and his sister Tammy Halladay. He is survived by: his children, Jessica of Laverkin, Austin Caley of Laverkin and Dawn Martineau (Martae) of Hurricane; his grandchild Bentley Jackson of Laverkin; his children, Jacy and Taeden Martineau of Hurricane; his sisters, Crystal Rowley (Rob) of Provo and Mindy Halladay (Ed) of Provo; and his brother-in-law Doug Halladay of Orem.
