He was predeceased by: his parents, Vern Oliver and Catherine V. Smith. He is survived by: his sons, Jamin, Kyle and Jeremy; and his siblings, Shauna Valladolid, Danny and Debbie. He is also survived by his three boys, he had four granddaughters, a great grandson, and a great granddaughter.
In lieu of flowers he suggested people plant trees or donate to their favorite charity.
