He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Jack Culley and Ellen Lenore Harris; his siblings, Chad (Karen Culley), Laurie (Jim Pixy) and Janice Culley; and his daughters, Tad Von Culley and Janet Kay Culley.

He is survived by: his brothers, Rod (Kathleen Culley) and Bud (Helen Culley); his wife Liliana Culley; and his daughter Daryl (Ken Reeves). He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
