He is survived by : his wife Maria Elva; his sons, Felipe Jr. (Cassidy), Ismael (Nichole), Alejandro (Darlene), Valentin and Nephi; and his grandchildren, Megan, Kaitlan, Carter, Anice, Nathaniel (Leslie), Briseis (Zachary) and Anaya.

Viewing was held on Monday, April 29th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of Guadalupe Church (257 N 700 W, Salt Lake City, UT 84116). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 29th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
