He is survived by: his parent Kellie Fortney; his wife Brandy; his daughters, Trinity, Kylee and Ella; his brother Mike Fortney; his aunt Kathie; his uncle Ray; his siblings, Scott, Ray and Sharla; and his uncle Ken. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
