He was predeceased by: his parents, Ardell VanderMeyden and Howard VanderMeyden; and his siblings, Karen, Cindy and Lance.
He is survived by: his wife Micki; his sons, Aaron (Linda), Jared (Josh) and James; and his siblings, Debbie and Craig (Rosemary). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
