He was predeceased by: his parents, Lorenzo Hans Olsen and Myrl Boyack Olsen; his wife Janice Eliza Sperry Olsen; his son Steve; and his daughter-in-law Nicole. He is also survived by 3 children, 8 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
