She was predeceased by : her parents, Miguel A. Maez and Antonia P. Maez; her siblings, Gertude Manzanares, Dorothy Velasquez and Billy Maez; her husband Albert O. Brown; and her granddaughter Amanda Garcia.

She is survived by : her children, Jolene Winters (Jon), Margaret Bronson (Carl), Patrick Brown (Misty) and Elizabeth Sanchez (Hector); her grandchildren, Jodie, Dylan, Jacob, Brooke, Paige, Jordan and Sean; and her great grandchildren, Devin, Aubrey, Bella, Jex, Colton, Antonio and Brighton.

Viewing was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Peel Funeral Home (8525 W Magna Main St, Magna, UT 84044). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
