He was predeceased by: his parents, Angelo Uriarte and Beverly Uriarte; his sisters, Patricia and Mary-Lou; and his son-in-law Joshua.
He is survived by: his wife Jodie Martin; his children, Mandy Mooney-Hurst (Tim), Collett Uriarte, Shaun Uriarte (Erica), Melinda Skipper and Kelly Stucki (Matt); and his siblings, Terri, David, Vicki and Kim.
Viewing will be held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the LDS Chapel (2811 S 6400 W, West Valley City, UT 84128). The military honors will be held on Monday, November 2nd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Utah Veterans Cemetery & Memorial Park (17111 1700 W, Bluffdale, UT 84065).
