He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Holm and Colleen Farnsworth; his siblings, Frank D. Holm and Shirley Hill; and his parents-in-law, Alvin Privett and Lela Privett.
He is survived by: his wife Colleen; his children, James Holm (Rebecca) and Anne Liswood (Jason); and his siblings, Don Holm, Lucy Walker (Grant) and Linda Strickland (Jack). He is also survived by 7 grandkids, nieces and nephews.
