He is survived by: his pet Zoey; his wife Debbie; his sons, Forrest (Missy) and Foster (Melece); his grandchildren, Taylor, Trenton (Cher), Darian, Teigan (Kennedy), Debbie, McKenzie (Caleb), Hailee (Colby), Bailey (Jake) and Colton; his great grandchildren, Cashton, Dreven and Archie; his siblings, Brenda, Cathy, Zebbie (Rapid) and Mike; his mother-in-law Kay; and his siblings-in-law, Steve (Sandy), Bonnie and Patti.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 23rd 2026 at 3:00 PM at the V. F. W. (9057 2700 S, Magna, UT 84044).
