He was predeceased by: his mother Julie Ann Thomsen Allen. He is survived by: his father Michael Andrew Allen; his siblings, JoAnna Fox (Collin) and David Allen; his grandparents, David and Maxine Thomsen; his aunts and uncles, Tim Thomsen (Candy), Miles Thomsen (Lisa), Janet Bown (Ron) and Penny Young; his nieces, Mable and Penelope Fox; his sister Shawnie Allen; his grandparents, Archie and Doris Allen; and his uncles, Chris Young and Mikel Rhoades.
