She was predeceased by: her parents, C. Mark Percival and Janette Vincent. She is survived by: her husband Scot Swan; and her children, Lauren Swan Pollock, Brian Swan, Matthew Scot Swan, Phillip Swan and Andrew Swan. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 8th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Walker Funeral Home (187 S Main St, Spanish Fork, UT 84660). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 9th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (1316 S Main St, Mapleton, UT 84664).
