As Eve departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Eve. Though Eve may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Stan McKnight and Lillian McKnight; her brothers, David and Michael McKnight; and her sons, Keith, Clark and Neil Hendrix.

She is survived by: her spouse Lee Hendrix; and her children, Karen Amann (Rick) and Kent Hendrix (Suzanne). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.

“I have only known Eve at the Ashford where I saw her regularly in the dining room. She had a sweet spirit and was loved by all. It was amazing to see her loving husband, Lee care for her. His wonderful vegetables from their garden are a favorite for Ashford residents. Eve will be missed by all. Our prayers are with the family, but our joy is in the Father and his Son who promise eternal joy when we pass from mortality.”
