As Eve departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Eve. Though Eve may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Stan McKnight and Lillian McKnight; her brothers, David and Michael McKnight; and her sons, Keith, Clark and Neil Hendrix.
She is survived by: her spouse Lee Hendrix; and her children, Karen Amann (Rick) and Kent Hendrix (Suzanne). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints Chapel (825 E Hawks Rst Dr, Mapleton, UT 84664). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
