He was predeceased by : his half-brother Rodney; and his grandson Neal Harlan. He is survived by : his wife Nita; his brothers, Eric (Barbara) of Loleta, CA and David of Washington; and his children, Mark of Hong Kong, Katrina Harlan (David) of Salem, UT, Paul of Chico, CA, Kara Morris (Donnie) of Spanish Fork, UT, Becky Youngblood (Lucas) of Redding, CA, Kimberly Haney (Rex) of Bakersfield, CA, Barbara Lowe (Justin) of Spanish Fork, UT and Emily Denson Fisher (Kevin).

Visitation was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM at the Mapleton White Church (31 W Maple St, Mapleton, UT 84664). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
