She was predeceased by: her parents, Vivian Miguel and Wave Miguel; her sister Tammy Giles; and her pet Lucy Mae. She is survived by: her husband Blair Ely; her sons, Justin Ely (Sybrina) and Zac Ely; her pet George; her sister Donna Beardall (Kelly); and her nephews, Brandon Hanks (Brandi), Sammy Giles and Kasie Lee Giles.
A graveside service was held on Friday, May 8th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Springville Evergreen Cemetery (1997 S 400 E St, Springville, UT 84663). A celebration of life was held on Friday, May 8th 2026 at 5:00 PM at the Toni's Residence (650 E 1200 N, Mapleton, UT 84664).
