She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin Christensen and Leola Christensen; her husband Vodell Kay Peterson; her brothers, Alvin Vernon Christensen and Neil C. Christensen; her grandson Kelvyn; and her great grandchild Aurora.
She is survived by: her children, Elizabeth Dale (Steven), JoAnn Jolley (Tad), Dennis Peterson (Danielle) and Steven Peterson (Terasa); and her brother Karl Douglas Christensen. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
