It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sylvia Josephine Christiansen of Mayfield, Utah, who passed away on June 26, 2025, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Clarence and Zell Mae Sorensen Christiansen; her husband Vearl; and her siblings, Clarence, Arlene, Kate and Nina.
She is survived by: her children, Vearl Jr., Becky Christiansen of Monroe, Mark, Cindy Christiansen of West Jordan, Lynn Christiansen of Mayfield, Cheryl of Mayfield, Scott Luthy of Mayfield, Larry and Angela Christiansen of Spring City; and her half-brother Jay. She is also survived by 10 Grandchildren and 11 Great Grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, July 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Mayfield Cemetery.
