He was predeceased by: his parents, Dennis Peter Hoyne and Diane Dumas Hoyne. He is survived by: his wife Wendy Zaharias Hoyne; his daughter Jessica Del Hoyne Stephens (Kenneth Stephens); and his siblings, Tracy Hoyne Sanchez (Eloy Sanchez) and Dennis Peter Hoyne (Julie Pitts Hoyne). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Viewing was held on Thursday, May 7th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Goff Mortuary (8090 S State St, Midvale, UT 84047). A graveside service was held on Friday, May 8th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Declo City Cemetery (Declo, ID 83323).
