In loving memory of Carolyn Eisert (Midvale, Utah), who departed this world on May 19, 2025 at the age of 81. Carolyn leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Streiff and Inell Streiff; her grandson Kyle Lothar Eisert; and also Lothar Eisert. She is survived by: her significant other Lothar; her sons, Robert (Renee), Gary (Teresa), Keith (Sandee) and Brent (Robin); and her brothers, David (Ede), Paul (Pat) and Richard (Bonnie). She is also survived by 24 Grandchildren, 18 Great Grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, May 29th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the LDS Church (6770 S 500 E, Midvale, UT 84047). A funeral service was held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Memorial Redwood Mortuary and Cemetery (6500 S Redwood Rd, West Jordan, UT 84084).
