She was predeceased by: her parents, Clinton Alfonzo and Jessie Redden Chidester; her husband Fred Willoughby; her daughter Debbie Pugmire; her daughter-in-law Kristin Parkin; her sister Jeanne Frederickson; and her grandsons, Benjamin Parkin and Kevin Herring.
She is survived by: her former husband Brent Dwayne Parkin; her stepchildren, Gordon Willoughby and Teri Romero; and her children, Kathy Nielsen, Kim Hansen (Mark), Jenny Charlesworth (Randy), Julie Rivera (Manny), Brent Parkin (Bobbi), Troy Parkin and Scott Parkin (Tarri). She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM, at 9:00 PM, on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 9:45 AM and from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ (700 E 7500 S, Midvale, UT 84047). A funeral service was held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
