With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jody Hortin of Midvale, Utah, who passed away on September 16, 2021 at the age of 62. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Joseph Padjen and Kay Padjen; and her brother Steven. She is survived by : her husband Kirk Hortin; her brother Mike Padjen (Sue); and her adoptive son Soloman Awan. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, extended family.
