He was predeceased by: his parents, Van D. Kelley and Erma Baker Kelley; and his brother Blaine Kelley. He is survived by: his children, Lesa Browning (Rob), David Kelley (Nikki), Brian Kelley (Annette), Michael Kelley (Kristine), Amy Mano (Rhett) and Kimberly Phillips (Jerrod); his wife JoLue; his brother Karl Kelley (Diane); and his sister-in-law Anne Kelley. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
