He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Sherman Cook and Ida Larsen Cook; his wife Maxine Parker; his siblings, Dorothy Marlene Hancock and Sterling L Cook; his son Ralph Stanley Cook; his son-in-law Scott Lundell; and his great grandchildren, Dylan Egbert and Raxton Slane.
He is survived by: his brother Ron Cook (Kathryn); his children, Donna King, Diane Coffman (Perry), Gordon Cook (Meriann), Lori Landon (Michael) and Gary Cook (Julie); and his daughter-in-law Rachel Cook. He is also survived by 25 grandchildren, 48 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandson.
Viewing was held on Sunday, June 1st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Monday, June 2nd 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM. A funeral service was held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Union Fort Larchwood Ward (6770 S 500 E, Midvale, UT 84047).
