He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Sherman Cook and Ida Larsen Cook; his wife Maxine Parker; his siblings, Dorothy Marlene Hancock and Sterling L Cook; his son Ralph Stanley Cook; his son-in-law Scott Lundell; and his great grandchildren, Dylan Egbert and Raxton Slane.
He is survived by: his brother Ron Cook (Kathryn); his children, Donna King, Diane Coffman (Perry), Gordon Cook (Meriann), Lori Landon (Michael) and Gary Cook (Julie); and his daughter-in-law Rachel Cook. He is also survived by 25 grandchildren, 48 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandson.
