He was predeceased by: his close friend Ruth Ann Guymon; his parents, Blaine Chapman and Zona Chapman; his sister Joan; his parents-in-law, Morris and Ruth; and his siblings-in-law, Maughan, Quinn and Ellen.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ann; his children, Elizabeth (Russell), Joseph (Jamie), Megan (Robert) and Jennifer (Timothy); his grandchildren, Cailin, Madalynn (Jacob), Allee, Kylee, Cohen, Zachary, Tyson, Collin, Brody, Jordan, Brynlee, Cali, Blakley and Zoee; and his sister-in-law Thelma. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Viewing will be held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Goff Mortuary (8090 S State St, Midvale, UT 84047). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 8:00 AM at the Heritage Park 1st Ward Building (4986 Valois Dr, Salt Lake City, UT 84129).
