He is survived by: his wife Maida; his children, Dennis (Norma), Janet, Brent (Cindy) and Jonathan (Jack); his sisters, Nan, Dixie and Luann; and his nieces, Suzie and Megan. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, one great granddaughter.
