She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Lewis Brockbank and Theda May Jackson (Teddy). She is survived by: her husband Monty Tate; her children, Brock Cannon (Shannon), Taylor Cannon (Keri), Teddy Elder (Scott), Joe Cannon (Kinsey) and Matthew Tate; her stepchildren, Marty Tate (Bethany), Natalie Dutson (Thom) and Kelly Tate (Alison); and her siblings, Janice Brockbank and Paul Brockbank. She is also survived by her 27 grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
Viewing was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM and on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the LDS Chapel (165 N Center St, Midway, UT 84049). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Midway City Cemetery (600 W 500 S, Midway, UT 84049).
