She was predeceased by : her parents, Linda Russell of Moab and Gerald Neil of Terra, Utah.. She is survived by : her children, Ashley Dixon (Jesse), Tiffanie Vincent (Lindsey) and Austin Vincent (Quinton); her grandchildren, Hagen, Kolter, Brodee, Cayle, Erika, Kaydenn, Haven, Jasper and Persephone; and her siblings, Bryan, Katy, Jeff and Tim.
