He was predeceased by: his father Justin Lewis. He is survived by: his mother April Ainge of Mona; his siblings, Dakota Lewis (Kaylee) of Nephi, CheyAnn Lewis (Nash) of Nephi and Austyn Lewis of Mona; and his grandparents, Charlie, Julie Ainge of Beaver Dam, Arizona, Roy Lewis of Payson and Lisa Lewis of Santaquin. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and many dear friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM at the Mona City Community Center (20 W Center St, Mona, UT 84645).
